The Louis Hotel
Provided concept and project management for $12 million project that included a 16 room luxury boutique hotel, conference room and roof top bar in Northeast Arkansas, working with the National Parks Service on historic tax credits and setting the project up for future expansion to include a spa, car museum and office spaces. www.thelouishotel.com
The Hotel Pontotoc and Dame Bar
Worked with ownership group to curate and open 10 room, historic boutique hotel in downtown Memphis, TN, including the upscale Dame Bar. www.hotelpontotoc.com
